Our Structure & Purpose

Radical Minds Academy is a Low-Profit Limited Liability Company (L3C) — a hybrid structure combining nonprofit mission with for-profit accountability. Our .org presence reflects our commitment to mission over profit.

Profit as Accountability

At RadAcad, profit is accountability. Every decision is made through the lens of improving our product, supporting families, and ensuring livable wages for our team in Jackson, Wyoming.

Sustainable Impact Model

RadAcad pays taxes and cannot accept tax-deductible donations. As an L3C, we accept Program-Related Investments from foundations to fund long-term, sustainable impact without dependence on donations.
