His solid academic foundation includes a Bachelor's in English and Master's degrees in both Education and Learning and Technology from the University of Maryland. From teaching in Washington D.C. public schools to developing curriculum for international IB programs, Garrett has refined his approach to standardized test preparation through diverse educational environments.

As the founder of Teton Tutors, Garrett specializes in empowering students to become confident, independent learners. His deep understanding of reading, writing, and critical thinking skills developed through years of teaching high school English aligns perfectly with the demands of the SAT.
