Calling all adventurers! Join Austin Ryan for a thrilling Dungeons and Dragons campaign tailored specifically for middle schoolers. Develop creativity, strategy, teamwork, and storytelling skills in a fun and supportive environment. This semester-long class meets weekly and builds social-emotional learning through role-play and problem-solving.

  • Unleash your creativity with Dungeons and Dragons, a storytelling adventure where you create worlds and characters on the fly. As Jon Michaud puts it in his New Yorker article, "Dungeons and Dragons Saved my Life," this role-playing experience is like training for aspiring writers. It's a mental workout that's as stimulating as reading or weaving tales. Let your imagination run wild!

  • Dive headfirst into the world of Dungeons and Dragons, where players are introduced to a whole new vocabulary filled with mystical and intriguing words like “thaumaturge,” “homunculus,” and “basilisk.” With the intricate player's manual as your guide, you'll find yourself decoding text in a way that sparks your imagination and challenges your understanding.

  • Unlock your social potential! By playing this game, you'll hone your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and persuasion tactics, all while having a blast with your friends. It's like real-life socializing in a fantasy world!

  • Sharpen your math skills with this game! Prepare for a challenge as you tackle word problems, make multi-step calculations using dice, and work through operations that can take up to four or five steps.
